Terms and Conditions

1. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once a deposit has been received and a written confirmation has been issued by Baaska Mongolia.

We reserve the right to decline a booking at our discretion.

2. Payment

A deposit is required to secure your booking.
The remaining balance must be paid before arrival, according to the agreed timeline.

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the booking.

3. Cancellation Policy

By the traveler:

• More than 30 days before departure → deposit retained

• 14–30 days before departure → 50% of total price

• Less than 14 days → 100% of total price

By Baaska Mongolia:
We reserve the right to cancel a trip due to:

• Extreme weather conditions

• Safety concerns

• Unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, a full or partial refund or alternative arrangement will be offered.

4. Changes & Flexibility

Travel in Mongolia requires flexibility.

Itineraries may change due to:

• Weather

• Road conditions

• Local circumstances

All changes are made in the best interest of safety and experience.

5. Travel Insurance (Required)

Travel insurance is required for all travelers.

Coverage should include:

• Medical expenses

• Emergency evacuation

• Trip cancellation

Baaska Mongolia is not responsible for any costs arising from lack of insurance.

6. Health & Responsibility

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit for the journey.

Any medical conditions or special requirements must be disclosed in advance.

7. Liability

Baaska Mongolia acts as an organizer of travel services.

We are not liable for:

• Injury, loss, or damage caused by external factors

• Delays, cancellations, or changes beyond our control

• Actions of third-party providers

Participation in all activities is at the traveler’s own risk.

8. Accommodation & Services

Accommodation may vary depending on location and availability.

In remote areas, standards may differ from urban expectations.

9. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our control, including:

• Natural disasters

• Political instability

• Pandemics

• Government restrictions

10. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a trip with Baaska Mongolia, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
